Remarks

The campus is totally anti ragging campus.So girls need not get worried on that issue.They will be taken more care.

Entrance Preview

There is an entrance exam which is conducted by the sathyabama university itself. I got to know about this college through my relatives staying in chennai. Yeah there will be an interview at the time of admission into the college. From my childhood i dreamed to become an software engineer.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen cse. The curriculum of the course is very well developed such as the inclusion of the latest technologies in it.Right from the 2nd year onwards practical improvement of the students is very well developed.The students should do a mini project right from the 2nd year. The curricular activities are also taken care by the staff.There are different clubs for different curricular activities

Internships Opportunities

Yeah the college provides the students various kinds of internships like winter internship,summer internship in which the latest and the high rated technological topics are covered in it.

Placement Experience

The placement of the Cse departments are very good.The last 90.2% of the students got placed from the total campus.The major companies that visited are amazon(in which a student got placed this year for 16L package),tcs,wipro,capgemini,cognizant etc. The average package is 3.3L per anum.

College Events

recently a fest was organized in which heroine mrs.samantha akkineni attended.Many of them enjoyed the fest a lot.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When i joined the fee structure for my batch is 2.6 lakh per anum including hostel. its given like this tuition fee-1.75L,books fee-10K,hostel fee-60K,one time admission fee-15k. And now for the current batch it is arround 3L including hostel.

yeah there are scholarships for the top rankers in the entrance exam & based on the semester results.The loan facility is also available with the help of Indian bank which is located in the college premises.

the faculty are well experienced in their subjects.the lab faculty needs to be improved in some departments.They are very interactive with the students.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Life in Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

I applied VIT , st Joseph's College, then anand institute of technology...i chose this because of campus and the students I talked to them ,they said it is too good andthe placements were also good too .only thing you need to study from the first...and then this college fees is good compared to other colleges as Sathyabama offer food and bus withing 1.5lakhs ..but others fees itself one lakhs and above...Read More
