No particular entrance exam with respect to college. I was opted in from the CET competitive exam commonly conducted for all PU passed out students in karnataka. No interview process is followed. I choose this course because I was passionate on computer science and engineering.

I chose computer science and engineering in B. Tech. I think I have chosen the best college for this course. We have good facility of laboratories and they do take the flagship event called 'Narcodes' which helps in coding. And also we have a python boot camp event going on. There is also a new wing called RUAS innovation centre started in the college to help innovative minds. We have 2 kinds of elective subjects namely core electives and open electives. Core electives are related to the course and open electives are related to our hobbies. The core elective subjects that we have in our current 5th sem are distributive systems and network simulation. Open electives appear in final year.

Not actually. We have to search our own internship offers. College provides us with permission to choose whichever internship we are interested in. Average stipend time is 3 months.

Placements cell looks after all the placement related things and we do have quite good companies coming up for placements. This is the first year of pass out for B. Tech so we have a very little knowledge of the about the placement happenings.

For CET students - 24,750 per annum payable to college and 50,000 per annum payable for CET board. For management students- 2,00,000 per annum. CET fees is very much affordable when compared to the management fees.

We have 2 internals and 2 assignments per subject for each semester. And we have 10 lab reports per each lab and 1 internal for a semester. We have exams and labs frequently, which makes the day little complicated.

Many of the faculty in our college are doctorates and senior professors who have a minimum experience of 5 years. Almost all faculty are student friendly and help us a lot. Their explanation is the best and they explain with realistic examples.
