Course Curriculum Overview
The course was good and well-structured, and the faculty member was almost very helpful. The reason behind choosing this course was the booming industry of IT and the great placement opportunities. Faculty is to student ratio will be, 1:30. Faculties were mostly an M.tech graduate and Ph.D. exams were always on time to the tentative dates, and the papers in exams were really challenging.
Internships Opportunities
Very less opportunities were given by the college in terms of internships got off-campus internships in 2 companies with stipends of 8k and 12k. Projects were made with ML and blockchain, like voting systems and image processing.
Placement Experience
The placement of college was too till 2022, but in 2023 they didn't provide companies and most of them were sales-based companies for cse students after September. companies visited were: Amazon, Microsoft, Thales, etc., and the profiles where SDE and companies like Collegedunia and others came for sales profiles. the highest package was Microsoft of 68LPA, but people also got placed in crore off-campus. 98% of students got placed. my plan after completing college was to get into a management-based company.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee structure during my time was 4L per year, which is now 5L due to an increase in hostel charges, there were no scholarships program in college itself but can avail myself outside, and there is no financial assistance or campus jobs. fees have been increasing by 15% every year and hostel charges were increasing randomly and drastically.
Campus Life
life on the campus was not good, it was a small campus, and not many things were there that we could have done, also no fest in 3 years. annual fest: converge for 128, impressions at 62(both in Feb), well maintained and good library facilities. classes are well equipped and clean, no sports in college, and societies had been shut down by the college after covid. Abhivyanti dramsoc, Fashion societies like Panache were run by students.
Admission
The Admission process was smooth, the admission was based on JEE mains ranking. and the cutoff for CSE was 73000 for the first round in 2019, but the last round was 110000. Eligibility criteria are 60% in 12th, and JEE mains qualification. Maybe, during that time college would have gone for online admission instead of making us wait for 6-7 hours for our turn to fill the form according to our rankings.
