I have been seated in this college through anna university counselling.I am currently doing B.E Petrochemical engineering.I would like to chosen the rare course in engineering.so i selected this course.

I have been selected the valuable course.in my thought petrochemical engineering is little bit difficult to learn.The chemical reactions are really tough to learn.Practical learning is well as theoretical learning.In case of such learning we understands the whole concept of the subject.Research initiatives are as fair as done by our department.

Internship is provided onwards 3rd year.I am a second year student .Infact our department plans to take us on to industrial visit on mysore sandal soap oil producing factory.That IV experienced lot with my friends.we have been stipend for about 3750 INR.

Placement scenario would be see day by day in our college campus.Students with Cgpa above 8 with distinction are placed in major companies.In my course companies like Petrofac and Schlumberger are leading in placement.The average package is about 2.5 LPA.the detailed view of placement is over 75 companies visit our college for interview.but only few companies select students as well.

The technical programmes are held in seminar hall once a month.various departments are joined to show their skills on technical and non technical programmes.cultural fests like onam,pongal,Christmas are celebrated as well.on college day all the students &staffs gather to make the day joyous.celebrations took well far.

Our college fee structure is not affordable to us.they force us on the beginning of semester starts to pay the fees. TUITION FEES:70000 (for petrochemical engineering), HOSTEL FEES:55000 (Accommodation and food).

Scholarships are available for students based on their caste.I am a backward class student.I will receive 6650INR from Tamilnadu government. Major students studying in our college by receiving educational loan from banks.it is helpful to us to continue our education.

Extracurricular activities are done by separate staffs.major activities are Spoken english,Sports,Removing stage fear,paper presentation.

I am a hostel student.I have the experience of 1 year as a hostel student.predominantly all of us remember first hostel life is boring and jailed.but in my college it is opposite to that thought.here we will enjoy lot as well as day scholars.Food only little bit difficult to eat.

Alumni network association is having good interaction with our college.once a year it will be conducted.alumni students are encourage as well on junior students.students meet alumni members to interact with them.the development of college is depends 25%on alumni association.it makes pure relationship between students and staffs.

Absolutely,Slip tests are conducted daily on 4th hour.Internal,practical,Semester exams are heavy head ache to us.perhaps if natural calamities occurs they postpone the exams.that feel give us some relief.

All Faculties are completed master degree.some of them are experienced and some are freshers.infact the way of teaching is differ from one to other.Standard of teaching is not much far to reputed colleges.they taught us what they learned.
