Exceeding Expectations:

Candidates need to score at least 75 percent in their class 12 examination or be in the top 20 percentile of their boards to be eligible for JEE main or advanced. The number of attempts for JEE Main is limited to 3. Through Jee mains, you can took admitted to top government engineering colleges like NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs.

Coming to Course curriculum it covers a wide range of fundamental subjects such as programming, algorithm, data structure, computer organisation, computer networks, operating system, database managemet system, compiler design etc. Faculties are very supportive at IIITRanchi the help us on our projects, research papers, and support students preparing for exams like gate. Faculties here are mostly from renowned colleges like IIT Kharagpur, IIT kanpur, ISM Dhanbad etc.

The biggest reason I choose IIITRanchi was its placement records which I think is the best thing about this college. It provides excellent on-campus opportunities, and companies like amazon, Goldman Sachs, and Infosys do visit our college for placements. The highest package offered to the 2019- 23 batch was 83.38 lpa and the average package was 16lpa. Around 92% of the students were placed.

As such, IIITs don't provide any reimbursement for fees. But one can apply for various state government scholarships that are acceptable in these colleges. Like if you are from Bihar, you can avail of scholarships like post matric scholarship program or you can apply for Student credit cards similar to another state also.

IIIT Ranchi is quite a new college it was established in 2016, and the permanent campus is expected to be ready by the end of 2023. But we have currently 2 campuses which are in SmartCity Jumpi campus and namkum JUT campus. We have several clubs like Culariti is our Cultural Club.
