Wrong turn with a misserble things

_MAITAINCE_ regarding class rooms &labs. The facility should make the college environment as a platform for students future they shouldn't make to seem it as a. Optional attendance occurrence,the way of selecting the teacher should be based on their teaching skills & talent , The college environment& the faculty should always seem for the student as the bright future& inspiration. I'm really feeling sad I didn't get satisfied by my performance in these College .It didn't let me show my talent ,but I don't feel discouraged as our college is just a support the main striveness & talent comes from the one who tries achieve some thing, but these College had learned me one thing ,"MOVE ON"that's enough to achieve anything

I do joined in these College directly with out any entrance exam,I can perform well under the pressure less conditions so I selected these College as a science student and a innovative mind set I have thought that microbiology is the ultimate source to show my talent & a way where the leanings goes as deep as an ocean,

Microbiology/biotech/chemistry are the 3 subjects involving in these course as these are the main scope to do something innovative& creative regarding science& technology off course the course mainly deals& based on practical learning and the way of focus will always been on a raising platform, I really feeling down to say ,as a science students we should always been only practical & research initiatives 'but our College didn't provide anything such like that they always focus on their admissions& infrastructures , because of that culture the students had changed their mind set from learning some thing to achieving some degree

As mentioned above that our college Mostly focus on the admissions& infrastructure to built , there's no internship provided by them , and I. Never heard the word stipend in our college.that means .It's never been planned by them

There's no placements to our campus in these academic year,but the faculty had said the campus would be started to our next batch on wards, but to our university main campus placements will be held offering from companies like flip kart, Amazon and some few local companies. , It's not a package to say it's offers too less because of the college reputation .

There's not much events conducting by the campus. Annual day ,Ganesh chaturthi feast, cultural day event,university sports meet, bathkamma feast, and from these year on wards fresher's day will be conducted, these events are always organised just In a way of formality to conduct , not as up to satisfactory

It's at a affordable cost ranging from 20-25 depending on the time of joining and percentage achieved in intermediate & also availability of scholarships

Good thing about college is the predication of scholarships with out any misleads, no I didn't availed it because of the reason I'm an Obc ,in India rich and poor is decided by government on basis of their caste not upon the income family earning that's the main reason why I didn't even applied for scholarship,theirs no loan facility as the college fees are in a low cost.

There are no extracurricular in our college, even though having a talent they can't unleash that because of our sophisticated college

Once the graduation certificate has been received our ,alumni 's will not even seen .By only phone calls they are on the contact , the college didn't provide any type of platform to interact with them, off course in many colleges alumni contribute for development-But with lacking about these our college never shown interest up in these

Exam and labs takes place .At the year ending s , they are frequent only at those last month's, every time we are busy with some experiments and gatherings so having a some chill culture .Off course ,because of the long spent in the lab ,some types of tired Ness will occurs 'but it's not as too heavy .

These is the main thing I'm waiting to talk about, teachers are not much qualified and I don't think so they have any experience , exceptional few remaining all teachers will be interactive tries to solve the answers, motivates ,but the main problem coming here 'even though they have a interactive skills .Lacking a brief subject knowledge( because of their previous university's which they comes from ) TT he teaching standard is not up to level .I don't think so under their guidance ,the one who wants to achieve The success can come.
