Course Curriculum Overview
As I was planning to do B.Tech in this college. Here the faculty was highly experienced and had good academic & practical knowledge. As it was a Government University there is only limited strength allowed for each Branch. 60 - 65 members are the classroom strength, there are 8 semesters to complete the b.tech course. each semester is for 6 months long it includes 2 midterm exams and 1 semester exam for completion of semester. as the question paper was from our university the paper was extremely tough compared to other colleges.
Internships Opportunities
Many of the internships done by our college students are online mode, the stipend depend upon their work and their role We all will have projects as a part of our academic curriculum in the final year.
Placement Experience
From the 6 semester onwards we will be eligible for campus placements. many companies will visit or the hiring will be online mode also, many of the companies opted for the online hiring process, the highest package in my department was 24 LPA in campus placement. the average package was 3.5LPA. on Average 80% of students will be placed in every batch.
Fees and Financial Aid
When I joined in 2019 the semester fee was 18000 (it may vary from year to year). As it was a Government University, it is free of cost for all the students who got admission into it, expect one type of category the students who got admission into this whose parents are government employees then those type of students have to pay fees .other wise it was free for all students. Epass and Merit Scholarships will be provided for students.
Campus Life
Basically, college life in this university was a good life-teaching experience for its students. in this college, we will have a national-level technical fest most probably conducted in the month of March -April. it has a large library which includes a lot of Academic books & tons of different journals. it has a large green campus with more than 80 acres. it has a volleyball, basketball, football,kho-kho court and also a large cricket ground. many of the events conducted in college were organized by students like Fest, Ganesh utsav , toastmasters, and many NSS events.
Admission
As it was a Government University, For getting into this college we need to give the EAMCET Exam conducted by the state government of Telangana State, for applying eamcet exam we have to visit the official government website. for general candidates there is no reservation available for OBC, ST&SC students have separate reservation benefits available a separate cut-off marks will be maintained based on the category we belong to .for general it may be high, for OBC it was moderate & for SC&ST it will be very less comparatively to general students.
