Focus on camp using and train people as per their interest. Should be a boot camp if a student took branch out of his/her interest.
Entrance Preview
I wrote State level entrance exam (RPET) and I got a very good rank. The campus infrastructure, much better facilities and cultural activities attracted me to admit in JIET.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was extensive and more than enough for an engineer to have a in depth knowledge. For few of the subject area we had a little ambiguous approach but overall it was good. I took Electronics and communication
Internships Opportunities
Its mostly paid if it is institute initiative. Few people go on their own but not a good exposure as internship time period is not well enough to get proper industry knowledge.
Placement Experience
Placement is somewhere college lack behind may be because of location constraint. The percent is quite low for on campus placement nearly 25%. Infosys, Act fibers,secure meters,capgemini are major recruiters.
College Events
Institute conduct hell lot of events be it be on technical side or cultural side.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Quite affordable comparatively. 2.5 lac including my bus fee for entire engineering.
Fees and Financial Aid
As per the university they provide scholarship to the eligible students.
Faculty
Few faculties are very new to the teaching line but overall the faculty line up was decent. We do have each session of about 45 minutes and apart from lecture we do have meet of 15 people group with faculty on doubts.
