Overall experience in the college is very good till now.
Entrance Preview
The college takes admission on the basis of UPSEE,and there are also some seats reserved for DIRECT admission.The college is a semi govt college affiliated to AKTU.No there is not any Interview process the admission is completely based on the the entrance exam.The college currently provides three courses namely Textile Technology,Textile Chemistry,and Computer Science and Engineering. I am studying CSE because of my interest in computers and I have heard the faculty is really good in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is really the good in this college.As you know a good college consist of a good faculty and a good infrastructure with all necessary requirements and the college have all this things. Yes the college heavily focus on the practical knowledge too. Our college schedule consists of 40 % practical classes and labs.
Internships Opportunities
Yes the college provide internships in various industry so that the Student acquires better knowledge. The experience was very good and skill full.The average stipend of internships is about 20- 30 thousands.
Placement Experience
The placement was about 85% in Textile Branches and in CSE branch the placement in about 65 % till now. The companies visited are TCS,SARA, Aditya birla group, verdhaman,etc. The average package is about 4.5 lakh per annum.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Tution fee for odd sem=41500, Total fee=50000. Tution fee for even sem=40000, Total fee=40000. Exam fee(once in a year)=6500 Caution money(once during the course)=2000. Total hostel fee for 2 sitter(full year fee)=80000. Total hostel fee for 3 sitter(full year fee)=69000.
Hostel Facilities
The are very good.The rooms are quite good. The rooms are well furnished and whitewashed. The rooms consists of 2 sitters and 3 Sitters.The hostel have 24 hrs water and power supply. The is room service too.
Exam Structure
No there no too much burden of exam and labs but the faculty and college heavily focus on improving the understanding capacity Of student giving the student a good knowledge.The college also focuses on the practical knowledge too.And also there is exam and test on regular basis..
Faculty
The faculty very well qualified and very skill full. Mostly all the faculty in the college is m.tech or p.hd qualified .The lecture given by them is very interactive. The standard of teaching is very good.
