Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the Bachelor of Technology in CSE(AIML) course because I want to become a software engineer. One teacher is available for every 50 students. Faculty members are well-qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. They are very helpful. They have doctorate degrees. Some of them have done master's in technology. This course is relevant compared to NIT and IIT courses. It is good. Semester exams are not much difficult for us. Our course is well-structured and run by the HOD. He is well-qualified. In our college, there is two mid-semester every semester before the University semester. The mid-semester exam is hard. If a student doesn't pass in mid-semester they have to give repeated mid sems until they pass.
Placement Experience
Almost everyone got placed in my branch. The highest offer was 50 LPA, the lowest was 5.5 LPA, and the average package was 4.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Cognizant, Accenture, IT and TCS. In addition, many companies offer internships once any student gets placed in that company. Around 90% of students got placed. My plan after the completion of my degree is to become a software developer.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of our college is 145000. Scholarship for engineers is supported by the state and central government through which they can apply to government colleges. Some private BTech colleges also offer scholarships for engineering at their own level or government engineering scholarship as per state government rule. The scholarship schemes are the medhavi chhatra yojana, Pradhan Mantri Protsahan Yojana, and many more.
Campus Life
My college has facilities like an entire Wi-Fi campus and smart classrooms Library lab for each subject. However, the quality of food at the hostel could be better. The hostel is even the worst for those who eat non-veg as they provide only veg and will not allow you to order non-veg food in the hostel. There are various clubs in our college like the Google Cloud group, hackathon group, cricket club, etc. Our college yearly conducts the engineers Olympic, this is a full week function. In this, there are various types of games such as cricket, basketball, badminton, etc.
Admission
Candidates must pass their 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognized institution. They must have majored in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in high school. Students must qualify for jee mains exam. The counseling is done with the help of mpdte counseling. It is state-based counseling. The application fee for mpdte counseling is 1560 rupees. Our college has an intake of 180 students in the CSE branch of BTech.
