Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen the mechanical branch out of interest and to study at a reputed college. The curriculum of this course is student friendly which includes 6 theory courses and 2 lab courses per semester. The faculty: student ratio is around 1:10. The faculty in this college are highly qualified and almost all of them hold a Phd. There will be mid-exams and end-exams per semester.
Internships Opportunities
The companies start coming in the month of August to hire interns for which pre-final year students are only eligible. Students from all the branches get the opportunity to do internships. Companies visit our college for both core and non-core roles.
Placement Experience
Campus placements start in the month of August for the final-year students of BTech and prolong till the end of the year. One should not have any active backlogs to be eligible for placements. More than 90 percent of students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee per semester is 62500. One can avail of fee remission by providing an income certificate. 100 percent fee remission for those whose annual income is less than 100000 and 2/3rd for those whose annual income lies between 2lakh and 5 lacs.
Campus Life
The annual cultural fest in our college is Spring Spree which happens in the month of April every year. The technical Fest is Technozion which happens in November. There are numerous books in the library. A projector facility is available in every classroom.
Admission
One can get admitted into NIT WARANGAL by qualifying IIT JEE-MAINS examination which is conducted all over INDIA. One also needs to pass with some minimum percentage in the class 12 exam to be eligible. JEE MAINS exam happens twice a year and the best out of the 2 is considered.
