Is it worth joining CBIT

Well I am from a mechanical engineering course, I have chosen this course because I am interested in machines and design. Taking about student-teacher ratio is not that great students will be up to 6,000 members and teachers were around 600 which means 1:60 which very hard to control such a large crowd. Sem Exams will be conducted every 3 or 4 months clearing the exam will be easy and to top the exam is so tough.

College doesn't provide any kind of internship we need to do nptel courses or from udemy many people learn Python or machine learning such kind of skills from nptel and some other courses from outside. Many people do electric bike projects and electronic autos over all not up to the mark.

Students are eligible for placements from the 6 th semester. Tech Mahindra, TCS , Amazon , Flipkart, and Oracle the highest package in our college is 56 LPA and the average lpa is 4 LPA Mostly 80% will get placed. Many of the people want do their masters after the 4th year and they want to write gate and get placements.

The fee structure of our BE/BTech course is 140000 and if you are from the reservation category you get a scholarship from the government if you are SC or st you will get full fee reimbursement and if you are from the BC category you get up to 40k scholarship.

The campus area is very big and you can see the trees everywhere you can play cricket and football, basketball and shuttle almost every game and for every week you will have one game period and after college, you can play any game. Every year you will have 2 fests those are Sruthi and Sudee many activities were conducted. Regarding Library you will have almost every book available but sometimes you cannot get some books. There were many social clubs chaya club and kreeda club and much more.

Talking about the eligibility of the course you need to pass your intermediate of any board. We can find the application form on the ts eamcet website you select the college in your web options after writing your entrance exam that is eamcet and there is also join through management seats where you need to directly contact the college staff for admission and also B category through jee rank. If you belong to the reservation category like sc, st, or BC you will get a seat even with a higher rank, and taking the cutoff for BC it around 15k, for SC it is around 55k and for St, it is around 78-80k.
