Course Curriculum Overview
The proffessors are very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. They're very serious about their portion of courses and stuff. In English department there are 8 teachers for 60 students. All of the faculty members of the department are Post Graduated, PhD and NET/SLET qualified and .
Internships Opportunities
There are no internship for BA or BSC courses but you can get internship for B Voc courses in companies or stores like decathlon, vishal etc. There's nothing more to get but you'll get placement for sure if you study and get good marks in your graduation.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is per semester, 4550 to be paid by general students in 1st, 3rd and 5th semester. And for reservations criteria students, the admission fees is 450 rupees. Students can avail ishan uday scholarship and various government scholarship as well.
Campus Life
The college campus is very beautiful with Greenery. It's situated in a town Mirza, Kamrup , a very busy area but studying is peaceful there. A freshers welcome party is organised by the college every year in the month of February or March. Additionally, the departmental freshers party is also organised by the students of Graduation. NCC available, NSS available.
Admission
The admission process is merit basis. Reservation also available for ST/SC/OBC/EWS students. However, minimum marks for pg course is 50% for arts and 60% for science respectively. Scholarships available for students. Good teaching stuff.
