Course Curriculum Overview
I have an interest in chemistry and medicine that's why I choose this course. Faculty members are so good, their way of teaching as well as basic understanding with students was quite good. Exams were held on every 1 to 1.5 months and it's not so hard if we prepare properly.
Internships Opportunities
At my time the lockdown is there, so we only did hospital training according to our comfort areas and it did not pay any stipend to us. The projects we did was so interesting, teachers support us wherever we need. And it was successful.
Placement Experience
The students become eligible to be placed at the beginning of the 7th semester. The companies visited like IDS Infotech, Scribd, and sales and marketing companies. They offer a package between 2.5 to 4 lpa. If we talk about pharmacy about 55% of students were getting placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is high for a middle-grade family but is not so high as compared to other institutes. The scholarship was given to approximately all students. But seriously the placement for pharmacy students basically girls was so poor.
Campus Life
The annual fest "Abhyodaya" was held every year in the month of May-June. Books are available in the library and given to students as per library rules. The classroom was also good, with the proper floor, paint, lighting, seats, and fan..all were good. Sports and extracurricular activities are provided for hostel students mostly and non-hostler may also be free to participate. There are four social clubs run in the college and arrange various activities.
Admission
Eligibility criteria include 10+2 with PCM or PCB with a minimum of 50%. I find the application form from the AKTU official site. Application fees may differ according to categories and sessions. I want to see the same fee structure for all categories as well as counseling programs.
