Remarks

It is a great place to be for someone who looks forward to pursue an MBA from the premier B Schools of the country. The crowd and batch quality adds up to the learning experience.

Course Curriculum Overview

MBA at NMIMS is a great case-study based curriculum with a very occupied and involving structure. There are uncountable events, case study competitions and research initiatives taken up by the students as well as faculty in the course.

Internships Opportunities

The internship placements are considered as important as the final placements. The college takes huge initiatives for the students and all the students are given a lot of opportunities for the same. Many major companies with excellent job profiles come to the campus.

Placement Experience

The placements are very good. The companies on campus are top notch and the profiles and remunerations offered are too good. 100% placements are there. Companies on campus are available in the placement report on the college website. Same goes for average package.

College Events

Some of the cultural fests in the college are MANAN, PARAGANA, etc. There are consulting events like the MCC, Concentrix where CXOs of big companies come and share their knowledge with the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

NMIMS is the 3rd most expensive B School in India. The fee does not include any other charges like hostel, food, etc. The cost for books for complete course is included. Course fee for 2 years - 17,50,000/-

Hostel accommodation is available, but due to limited availability and high cost, it is recommended to find your own flat/PG nearby.

Exam Structure

NMIMS follows a trimester system, which makes it a very busy schedule. The exams and in-house quiz are very frequent.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. Eligibility for the course was the person should be from healthcare background that science and if not the person should have work experience of one or two years in the healthcare sector.
