NIFFT course curriculum is good, here we have 6 subjects in each semester, and NIFFT has good lab facilities and workshops includes Machine shops, Metrology,Rapid Prototyping Lab,Foundry Shop,Forge Shop,Die Design Center, Flexible Manufacturing System, Electronics, CAD, Welding and Electrical Laboratories.and laboratories for metallography, chemical analysis, spectro-photometry, mechanical testing, non-destructive testing, pollution control and monitoring, x-ray diffractometry, induction heating, direct reading emission spectroscopy and image analysis.they are lot of lab facilities

Present Nifft is not providing any internships for students in college but you can find your internship outside with help of faculty

NIFFT has good placement record, in last year Nearly 90 students are placed, here mostly students get placed in core companies and some consultancy companies also visited campus like KPMG and here companies visted last year are TATA MOTORS, ATLAS COPCO, DCM, HINDALCO, KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS LIMITED, FEDERAL-MOGUL POWERTRAIN, HINDUJA FOUNDRIES, SHIVSM AUTO TECH and many more

every year NIFFT is organize biggest cultural festival of Jharkhand, namely "JINKS" last year Bollywood singer tulasi kumar,and shilpa rao, gajendra verma and DJ NYK. and lagori team and many performed in jinks, and "pranav" is annual techno management fest of NIFFT, and festivals,like ganesh chaturti and janmastami, Diwali,holi and many other festivals celebrated in college

Per semester you have to pay tuition fee 25600/-and this mess fee 2850 per month and you can comfortably pay your every month mess fee in that month

College provides scholarships for top 10% students in every branch, and here many scholarships available like SC - ST top class education, and two three other scholarships and, college bank provides loan facility to students who are studying in NIFFT

NIFFT has many clubs under student gymkhana to explore your inner talents,like technical club, music club, and dance club,Arts and crafts club, Photography society and valley ball club, football, cricket and Badminton and basketball,clubs and many other, and" kartavya" and "ummed "are NGO,S running by NIFFT students

Nifft has 5 hostels for boys and 1 hostel for girls,and one guest house for visitors, here one room is allot for two students in First year and second year and single room will allot for 3rd year and final year of b. Tech and m. Tech and phd students,and no need to pay hostel it is included in 25600/-per semester food quality is normal here

NIFFT has good alumni network, NIFFT Alumni association is providing interaction sessions with Alumni

There is no that much of worry about exams, but main thing in NIFFT is that you need to clear all subjects in respective semesters only,if you will get supply in more than 2 subjects. You will not be promoted to next semester

NIFFT faculty is highly qualified and research oriented and here most of faculty is graduated from high reputed institutions in india and some international universities
