Life at RGUKT

I chose my teachers suggested me and my parents. Faculty here taught as per the guidelines given by their higher authorities. They are better in their respective subjects. Approximately 50+ lecturers are there for PUC students. And when it comes to students we have a batch of 21 are 1100 members and every year 1100 students are selected for this course for campus and a total of 4400 members per year. All the faculty had their phD in their respective fields and had done respective courses based on their subject. Mostly all are highly educated. The exams were held as semesters. Each year contains 2 semesters and one semester contains 3 mids 20 marks per subject and semester exams for 60 marks. Out of 3, 2 mids are taken and added with end-semester marks. Finally out of 100 grades are given. The syllabus for the exams was given by the respective subject HODs based on discussion with fellow faculty. And The difficulty of the question paper depends upon the teacher who had given the question paper.

As I'm a puc-2 student I'm not much known about them. But as I heard internships opportunities are high here and many of our seniors started their own start-up companies too

Campus placements are done here. Many companies interview students and select them. Many software companies come here to interview students and select them based on their eligibility for the respective work. I don't much about this as I'm a PUC student now. But I heard the things told by my teachers. Mostly except someone got selected with a good package and my plan after this degree is to get selected with a maximum package that was acceptable for me based on my strength.

The fee structure was divided into two parts hosel fee and college fee. I'm a student studying with a scholarship given by the AP government. Every year Honourable chief minister Sanction Vidhya Deevena of amount 11250/- and Vasathi Deevena of amount 10000/- for the mother's account and We have to pay the money to the Director RK VALLEY through SBI Collect. Money was credited to the mother's account with a gap of 3 months approximately i.e. for every semester.

Life in RGUKT RK VALLEY was simply superb except in some aspects. We have a Central library, Student activity centre, Temple, Canteen, Church, Hospital, Playground, Bank, Post office, and Police station.. we are here with all the basic needs of course more than basic needs. We have the best infrastructure. Many fests i.e., cultural and tech fests every year with something new every time. Every year new guests are invited including officials to entertain artists. We all are overwhelmed by all this. When come to the library many books are available there for all the 6-year students and it was just awesome. We are 65 for class in puc level with individual systems provided by University and this is E-learning University started by Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy for young and rural youth development. Many activities like sports and essay writing are done here. Recently one of our seniors got the gold medal in power lifting with the help of faculty here and representing India. It was a proud moment for everyone.

I had an entrance examination after the SSC exams. I had written an entrance exam for 6years integrated btech program at AP IT. I have qualified for it and called for councelling. The admission process was done based on students' rank. 3rd was the day of my admission /verification. I attended it with my father. It was held at Central Library RGUKT RK VALLEY. There were NSS volunteers to help us to fill out the forms required. Firstly they checked all my certificates and verified them as correct. Later I Was asked to select a campus from 4 campuses of AP IT. I chose RK VALLEY. Later Admission fee of Rs.3500/- was paid and I got a receipt for it and also the form having My College ID and other info. There the process ended happily. The Cut off was based on the highest marks and reservation. One should qualify for the entrance exam . The application forms and application fee were done during the verification and dates are mailed to respective mails and other info was available on www.rgukt website
