Course Curriculum Overview
I have always been passionate about computer programming and its aspects in real. So I chose the computer science branch over others. faculty to student ratio in my college is around 1 to 21. All the faculties are PHDs from renowned colleges in India and all of them have contributed to projects in their field. All the exams in our institute are conducted timely according to our academic calendar.
Internships Opportunities
So many big companies like Amazon, cesium, de shaw, adobe India, etc visit the software sector. most companies give pre-placement to intern students. For getting placements one must have done projects in web development or dsa as per their aspiring roles. one can do projects under the guidance of the teaching faculty.
Placement Experience
The placements in my college are pretty good. companies like Amazon, DE Shaw, cesium, ONGC, and HCL visit our campus for placement opportunities. this year in my branch sixty-nine offers made. highest package this year was 55lpa offered by Adobe to a female candidate for the role of a member of technical staff. in my branch, almost 90 percent of the students got campus placements and the rest of them either opted for master's or were preparing for govt exams. I will join the IT sector after my graduation as per my plans of getting cse.
Fees and Financial Aid
An SC/ST or a candidate whose parental annual income is less than 1 lakh is given a fee waiver of 100 percent for those whose family income lies between 1 to 5 lakh are given a waiver of 66 percent. there are some name scholarships like the Kk Gandhi scholarship and the shaman foundation scholarship. also there govt. scholarship provided to residents of the same states to ST, SC, and obc candidates.
Campus Life
The annual cultural fest of my college is called ECLECTIKA and is organized by the Sanskriti club and Technocracy, the tech club organizes the tech fest AAVARTAN of our college. we have a library which has enough books to read and several journals to read. All types of sports are played in our institute like football, cricket, table tennis, badminton, etc. There is an interaction group and there are clubs like Sahyog and raj bhasha samiti for the welfare of students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is of two types, double sharing, and triple sharing room. for first-year students, there is a hostel named the main part which has double-sharing rooms and the rest are triple-sharing ones. From the second year onwards there is a common hostel named Sirpur his triple sharing rooms. a meal in the hostel mess as my experience is good and affordable.
Admission
I qualified for JEE mains and secured a rank of 10852. one needs to have physics, chemistry, and mathematics in their intermediate and must have scored at least 75% on their boards. JEE mains is conducted by the national testing agency and its forms are out in the jee main website hosted by nta. There are reservations for sc / st/OBC/gen-news/pwd candidates.
