Likes

First of all I just love the campus of bhawanipur and all the facilities provided to the students.
Last but not the least I am in love with the culture and the vision of this college.
Secondly the faculty members including the staff members and security members as they are cooperative.

Dislikes

The college is overpopulated during a big event.
The road in which the college is located is very busy and frequently vehicles are in movement
Lastly this college does not provide hostel facilities

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose bcom hons because I had an interest in accounts and finance. The faculty of this college is super friendly and well-trained. Most of them are qualified CAs and CSs. Term exams are after every 6 months and the difficulty level is good.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is more than average, it's affordable for an upper-middle-class family and it has some financial relief for Gujaratis. One can apply for scholarships provided by the state government.

Campus Life

Umang is the annual fest of Besc which happens in the month of December. We have a great collection of books and journals in our college library. Classrooms contain smart boards, centralized air conditioners, and a podium for the faculty. Now the main thing bhawanipur is famous for is its wide range of opportunities in sports and extracurricular activities, they are over 200 events organized in this college to participate in.

Admission

The process was super easy, first I had to apply for my admission and wait to be merited then after finding my name on the merit list, I had to pay the admission fees online and that's it I got my seat in The Bhawanipur Education Society College Anyone who has pursued a commerce stream can apply to this college for a bachelor's degree in commerce. The application form is found on the college website. Everything excellent.

Placement Experience:

There are placements in the college campus in the last semester with several companies coming for interviews such as big 4 and big 6 companies and the placements are around 60000-70000 per month after the course.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I got rejected by goenka college of commerce as i could not get their cut off marks . THE FACTS OF BESC

I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
