Course Curriculum Overview
The college is affiliated with the University of Calcutta and is autonomous having a curriculum that best suit to the students including various development strategies. The faculty is one of the best who are highly educated and of friendly nature.
Internships Opportunities
The college in collaboration with various companies and societies of college runs an internship drive each year which provides a decent opportunity to the students and they get a lot of exposure and development.
Placement Experience
The college has tie-ups with 50 plus companies which offer the students of the college a large variety of places to work on. There is a placement cell which holds a placement drive for last year's students. The placement rate is very high.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of the college varies with the course chosen by the students. Mainly the b.com morning batch is cheaper than the b.com evening batch. Scholarship is provided to meritorious students and other financial assistance is provided when asked about.
Campus Life
Being established in the year 1869 the college has a decent infrastructure. The campus life is full of fun as there are 10 plus societies which hold events every next day. The college hosts Xavotsav one of the national stage events having coverage all over.
Admission
The admission process is easy. Applicants seeking admission just have to fill admission form when it is released generally after the issue of board results and fill in the details. Then wait for the merit list and once released you will be notified.
