Quality teaching, clean campus and friendly environment

This college is best place for you for studying purpose and extra curricular activities as well. It fulfils all the needs of students. As a conclusion i would say that this college is 4.5 out of 5.

I complete my 12th in March 2017 and took BSc IT form from the Ruparel College( the form collection dates were released at mumbai university website). The admission is taken on basis on maths score. This year's cutoff for first list BSc IT was 67-66/100 (for open and obc)

IT almost covers many fields like programming, Operating systems, electronics. Thus we get a vast number of options in front of us to do after BSc. Practical learning is awesome. Research initiatives are not much in first year but college has promised us that they will increase the initiatives from next year.

Yes this college gives internships. I don't have any idea about the average stippendd amount. (I'll update this info if possible once I get it from college sources). As it's my first year I don't have any experience.

This college have many placements as it was defined in the brochure of admission. Many big companies like Accenture are there to place students. Only students having good grades get the placements.

The event of it and cs department takes place in month of December of every month which have many gaming competition and ithe tech events.

Fees is same for OBC and OPEN . In 2017 it was 23000 for both. For other castes it was in range of 4000 to 10000 rupees. But other caste students except OBC and OPEN have to fill the scholarship form orelse they have to pay full fees.

This college have an averagly maintained gymkhana and many other competition takes place here.

I don't live in college hostel. My friend told that hostel rooms are quiet old and needs renewation. I don't have much idea about the PG system and rent.

In case of exams and grace marks, Ruparel college is one of the most strict college. Practicals are on daily basis. Each session is of 2.5hrs so it's not very hectic because the faculty is very entertaining, friendly, interesting and sometimes strict as well.

Ruparel college is well known for its faculty. Each subject is taught by the teacher who has taken special degree (phd or msc) in it. Even non teaching staff is very friendly and cooperating. Even my admission process was hastle free and smooth and quick as well.
