Remarks
Overall the college is good, not great as mentioned in the title no high expectations. Infrastructure is quite disappointing as it makes u feel like you have entered a princely castle with white marbles but apart from that studies are good, co-curricular things keep happening and you will be entertained always. And if you are a Kannadiga no one can stop u from living that "college life".
Entrance Preview
Got in through KCET. No interview is taken. Too curious about networking and stuff and thought taking computers might get me closer to what I am passionate about.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's great to know the basics. Practical learning has been proved to be a benefit to learn theoretical concepts better. Frequent research studies take place and student participation is entertained.
Internships Opportunities
I haven't experienced that as currently I am still in the second year but hope that it would be great. Can't say about the average stipend because even i don't have any idea.
Placement Experience
Placement records are quite pleasing. Being a mediocre college we don't expect too big companies but were lucky to have amazon, hp, Bosh, wipro and many more last year. The average package various from 4.5 lacs to 5 lacs pa.
College Events
Yes, we have had a good number of college events which included cultural events, branch events, and the grand annual fest. The fest was remarkable as we had students from other colleges of all over bangalore. Yes the college contributed their efforts, hard work and many things to make them up to the mark.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I had to pay around 70k. Though it varies on the basis of how u get in to this college. Like for k-cet,comed-k it's totally different.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the college does provide the scholarship for students from backward communities and who are defense brats. Being a defense Brat I had applied for the same but didn't get any kind of scholarship. No idea of loan applications as I haven't applied.
Campus Life
Yes we have many spurts events which are inter and intra college.
Hostel Facilities
No. They were on sharing from 2 to 4 sharing. The college don't have a pg. Food is pathetic.
Exam Structure
Yes it's a piece of cake for me. Maybe students who study a lot might find it difficult as we have two intervals on the same day. Labs were good and never faced any issues.
Faculty
Some are very well qualified like the elites while some are not. But all are quite interactive and friendly at least those whom I have met.
