Remarks

The canteen food needs to be improved with both quality and the number of dishes available. Also the placement opportunities need to be upgraded with new companies so that more people get to work.

Entrance Preview

I got admission by preparing for the entrance exam in which I got 9945 rank and after so much of waiting I got admission in IITM. There was no such interview thereafter.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very good as it helps us to have an exposure of the outer world. Also BBA will help me go forward in management studies as I want to become MBA in future.

Internships Opportunities

No internships are not provided by our college. Our college lacks in this thing. This needs to be improved. There are many colleges those who provide internship to their students but our college is not doing anything like that.

Placement Experience

As placement is regarded, the college is back at this thing as few companies come and it is very difficult to get into them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is though high as compared to other government institutes, IITM is anyways a private college from a private university. Not everyone can afford such high fees.

Faculty

The faculty is very nice not only with us while teaching but also by various other things. The teachers help us to study our subject and take an extra mile for our betterment. They also play various games with us and be friendly with us.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.
