Course Curriculum Overview
Data science was a new subject and after so much browsing I liked the subject so I decided to take it as my major. Faculty are mostly doctrine holders and are good at their subjects. Exams are held every 2 months ending with the sem-end exams. Sem exams really have the gist of the entire sem and I think are not that challenging.
Internships Opportunities
The university offers a large base of internships in around 4th year with paid stipend based on their performance and placement along with it. Many of the students are working in as interns in various companies along with continuing their studies.
Placement Experience
Students from the 5th semester or 3rd y year are eligible for placements. We have an average package of 5.1 LPA and maximum placements from Indian and foreign companies. The highest placement package was around 38LPA from Amazon.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees aren't increased so much by year. And I feel like it is worth it as the education and placement offer given by the university compensates for the fee paid. There are majorly sports quotas and some other disability quotas for scholarships.
Campus Life
We have various clubs supporting multiple opportunities like music dance literary NCC and NSS. Events are held after almost every semester other than the main annual day held once every year. Clubs are very engaging with students and their social life.
Admission
Smooth admission process. Sports and Ph.D. quotas are available for those valid and other scholarship offers are available too. The G block takes the admissions and the rest of it up to the management for your applications.
