Experience of college life

Overall experience was ok. Infrastructure wise college ranking is very back but faculty wise and there efforts to make college wonderful makes this college much far better than my btech college. I hope college develops some more infrastructure in Future.

Gate 2017 mechanical engineering qualified. landed up in this college because of qualified staffs working there and there was interview to check basic concepts. Thermal engineering is my favorite field.

I have studied under Ktu a new university which is having one of the toughest syllabus in india right now. Focus on practical learning is less but efforts where made my management to conduct external workshops in college. Electives where environmental pollution and non renewable sources of energy.

Yes at Coimbatore wind and solar turbines factory. It was wonderful. 3 days workshop and internship gave us idea and concepts of turbines in detail.

100 percent placement at the same college itself. Average package is 25000 inr per month. Not much companies visit college. But they are planning to make placement cell stronger. Ktu university is also planning to conduct mass interview for all there students.

70000 per sem. If meritorious we will get up to 50 percent discount on fees. And if you have gate score you will be entitled to get stipend.

Yes college is tied up with pnb bank in financial basis. So we could gather loan simply.

Faculty is of great support. All are well qualified. Standard of teaching can be improved. They are interactive. All staffs support very well and classes basically emphasises and deals with conceptualising all kind of theories in quite simple way. They are very helpful and will support very much in bringing on our on concepts in developing projects and clarify mistakes technically quite brilliantly.
