RKGIT is an excellent engineering college

My overall experience in the college is very good. I like all the laboratories, classes,teachers, etc very much. The atmosphere of the college is very good.

You have to clear an entrance exam if you want to take admission in this college. The exam is based on 12th standard syllabus. I have successfully passed that examination and got my admission. You can also get direct admission if you have some extra ordinay marks in intermediate or you have got good rank in uptu examinations.

I have choosen the electronics and communication branch of engineering. The course is very good and interesting to study. This college really focus on the practical learning of students. There are many special programs like tech fest and other research programs are held in college time to time. There are also good laboratories, that gives you opportunity to learn all the things.

Yes, the college gives the opportunity of internship to students. I have done my internship from DRDO. It was a good learning experience. It brought many good changes in my life.

Well i am in the final year now. And i have got to face interviews for more then 5 companies and still more companies are comingin the college. I hope i will soon get a good job. Most of my seniars have got good jobs through placement. So we can say that the placement scenario is good. For a good job the student needs atleast a percentage of 60. Some major companies like Amazon, Fiserv, and compro technologies have visited the college recently. The average package is near about 3lakhs.

Many cutural, and technical fest are organised in the college time to time. Few days ago there was a sports fest heldin college. Before that there was an awesome technology fest held.

The fees is not too much, but also not very low. It cost me one lakh twenty eight thousand (1,28,000) for first year. One lakh fifteen thousand(1'15'000) for second year , one lakh ten thousand(1,10,000) for third year and one lakh six thousand five hundred (1,06,500) for final year.

The college helps the students in getting loan or scholarship. There is a special staff of members for helping the students by providing them the knowledge Abou scholarship and loan system.

In the field of extracurricular activities, the college is not so good. It focus more in the studies, tgen tge extracurricular activities.

Well i am not a hostler , i am a day scholar. But my several friends lives in hostel, so i know a lot of about tge hostels. The hostel rooms are well structured, and are very big. Generally two students shares a single room, there are two beds , a fan, study table and chairs ,available in the room. Proper lighting and water facility is available. So, overall the hostel rooms are pretty good.

My interaction with the alumni was quite good. The college provides a proper platform for student-alumni interaction. The alumni contributes very much in the development of student as well as of the college.

The examination hall and the labs are pretty good. They got a good environment and are well structured. They don't make me feel tired, they make me feel good. I like the mechanical lab most in my college.

The faculty of the college are really good , they understands the students and try to give their best. All the faculties are highly educated and well trained in their respective subjects. They can easily explain each and any topic of their subjects very clearly .
