Remarks

My first year of bsc in college was good,rather it was amazing. I dont have any bad remarks for my college. My overall experience in the campus is good.

Entrance Preview

I was interested in doing btech in mechanical branch. I was not able toh clear jee advance exam. So i pursue bsc in sd college. No interview was followed. I got the admission on the basis of merit.

Course Curriculum Overview

Bsc is as good as 12 was.Practicals are held regularly . Workshops are organised regularly.Smart class is even there in the college.

Internships Opportunities

No i dont think college provide any internship. Since i am a current student of college, so i have never experienced. Neither i know about the amount.

Placement Experience

Since i am a current student of the college. I have not experienced it yet.Though many senior students of mine in bsc,bcom and other courses got placed in companies like info etc.

College Events

Technical, cultural and managerial fests are regularly organised in the campus on the small as well as the high scale. Sports activities are also organised. Intercollege competitions are also organised.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is very nominal in comparison to the fees structure of other colleges. Even there is compensation for girls. Scholarships are there for the bright students. The approximate figure of bsc one sem fees is five thousand.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes college provide scholarships to the deserving students. I did not availed any. But many students are getting scholarships from the college.

Campus Life

Regular extracurricular activities are held in colleges. Yes any student can take part and can show their talent. Even good facilities are provided to the participating students during the fests.

Hostel Facilities

No,our college dont have any hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

I have interacted with alumni. I dont think they provide a proper platform for student alumni interaction. Yes obviously if it will held, it will contribute in the overall development of the college as well as the students.

Exam Structure

No,exams and labs are just part of our course.They dont make us tired rather we enjoy our labs.Obviously not exams make us happy.

All the teachers are Phd holders and are well qualified. They very well know how to teach and qualified enough to clear doubts of students.

The College Camaraderie

Course Curriculum Overview:

I enjoyed physics and maths as a school student so chose BSc course including the studies of all three- Physics, Chemistry and Maths. The modern physics part and the practical aspect of mathematics intrigued me. Though the curriculum of maths wasn't that comprehensive and was majorly all theory based. Maths syllabus can be enhanced by practical applications of examples rather than just be all about the theorems. The teaching method was good. The frequency of maths exam was 3 per semester, with three full books syllabus to be covered for each exam with mostly theory.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i talk about my couse then i study in bsc (medical) which is a good course, we studies botany, zoology, chemistry, physics also we are nep student so we study more subject. By studying bsc we came to know my real life experiment like knowing about species, real life incidents etc. I suggest my teaching staff that they have to focus more in practical classes not on theory classes because students are more interested in them.

As they started this course in 2022 so recently first batch passed, they provided good internship ex. in CBI Delhi. Generally here Students become eligible in 3rd for placement. Their placement % is nearly 70% for eligible candidates. Companies like TCS, Infosys etc comes for placement. Highest package of Geeta University was 40 lpa.

Course is going as per the curriculum for which i choose this course and due to much exposure of hospital near college there is infinite experience and learning if we sincerely understand and learn and will help us in the future. Exam are of 3 hrs which sre sufficient to finish it easily and i oftely complete them in 2-2.5 hrs and some time less the difficulty is not to much to pass or score good

Placement Experience:

1) Placement drive portal is open for stdents from their 5th semester (for 3-year student) or 7th (for 4-year student) and is available for UG and Pg, the latter of which can apply anytime during their second year. 2) Recruitment companies which I've noticed during drives are Amazon, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, Coca-cola, McKinsey, Airtel, etc. 3) The highest packages which are around 45 LPA is mostly given to B.Tech and MBA students.
