The harsh truth of first year

I opted for btech because my parents wished that I do btech. The faculty of our college is average obviously some teach really well and some don't know how to teach. Faculty are highly qualified and some of them have really good teaching techniques. The college takes too many exams and we are never free. We end up giving 1 exam at the weekend and the next start the coming Monday and they are not so difficult for someone who studies the important topics.

I am in my first year right now so I am not so involved in getting to know such information so can't brief you well about it. But yeah from my seniors I got to know they are involved in activities related to placement.

Fees are obviously 1.5 LPA and that's a huge amount. No scholarships for general students no financial assistance and yeah there are placements. The college gives scholarship opportunities only the government provides to the students.

We have our annual technical and cultural fest vibgyor which takes place in the month of April or May. That's the best thing our college does for us. The library is full of all kinds of books and everything possible is available for the students. Classrooms have well maintained ac and they work well the classes even have projectors. Sports fest took place in the months of June and other extra activities take place often. There are many clubs that are being run in the college but the most active club is the run-time Hackers it is a coding club of cse department.

You need to give JEE mains exam and then apply for aktu counseling which can be done through aktu official website. Then u have to opt for college choices according to your priority and then aktu will give u the best college u are eligible for and u have selected it in priority order. Then u have to pay 20000 thousand at first and then after locking the seat, you have to reach your college for admission.
