good college , average level of study, regular lectures

I di wrote upsee exam for entrance, I checked on the web and got good rating of this college so I moved for this, There was not any interview process, I was directly admitted here, Civil engineering does have a vast scope in the world we are today, and this is the only reason I joined this course

Civil engineering course is very very good, architectural, structural, soil study, design and analysis, etc is here. The course needs a very large focus at practical learning, but our college doesn't provide us that facilities and equipments, even we don't get proper labs, No college hadn't taken any research initiative till now, But yes they do appeal for various project, and they are ready to fund you if your matter is effective

No college didn't provide us any kind of internship. They provide it to other branches like cs or ec but there is very less focus on civil. The private internship could be done and college will support it as our seniors did from mnnit Allahabad, one of my friends from IIT Kanpur, etc and the avg stipend amount there was around 15-16 thousand. And that was very beneficial they learned a lot there

Placement scenario is good here, Placement % of students who get placed is around 70% Our college's major recruiters are TCS, ZTE, @Morpho, Huawei, Infosys, Simplex Infrastructure, Smartchip, etc. And the average package is around 3.5 LPA

Various events of our college involve. Clubs - for basketball, cricket, volleyball, and table tennis Various events like yoga classes, human value training every year Various societies within the college formed by the students. Other fests are there. At the hostel level or college level. Janmashtmi, Diwali, eid, celebration At college level - independence day, republic day, etc At grand level - our major fest Encuentro Which includes technical and cultural activities and events as well. One day is for the cultural programs, one day is for events and one day is for a superstar or celebrity night. Organization is very well every time and college do support us here with any type of issue. From fund to decoration to security everything

Fee structure for civil engineering is Tuition fee ?95,950 Hostel fee ?6,500 + 3000 extra for various celebrations 1000 per year as registration fee and first time it is 2500/- The fee is affordable for few but not for everyone, as here are the guys mostly from the weak background so this is a bit high cost. But scholarship and education loans help them a lot and also the fee wavier

Bina memorial scholarship is provided to the students, based on a test, it is the private scholarship provided by the college, Other scholarship information we get from the college are. Dharohar foundation scholarship etc. Another one is govt scholarship. I d availed that of govt till now.

College is good in terms of extracurricular but only to hostel level, not for day scholars. Various events of our college involve. Yes, we do get many opportunities to explore ourselves in various fields and colleges to provide us various platforms for this. Facilities for this is almost okay. Not that good but fine as no one in faculty is involved their to see whether the clubs or societies are working properly or not

Hostels are good, cleanliness is there, 24×7 electricity Rooms are shared amongst 2 There are 3 hostels, 2 for boys and one for girls They don't have pg, there are just simple rooms enough for two students, with wifi availability. We pay 65000 for them including mess bill. The food quality is really very bad. Only once or twice the food is good in the whole year, and remaining days it is so bad that no one would like to eat it

Alumni network for civil is Not that good, as I told it is very very good for the students of cs and ex but not for civil engineering, So we don't get proper interaction with them till my knowledge no alumni of the civil branch is called ever But yes from cs, dr.sanjay Gupta came here a few days ago. And college provided that platform, he told us very motivating things and also innovative ideas. So as the college alumni he helped in development and betterment of the college and students as well

Yes they do make us tired but as we don't have any lab and thus we are good in this case, but still, 7 lectures a day are enough, and frequently test means continue performance and study, so yes it creates a type of monotony. But it is good as we get prepared for finals

Most faculty are freshers and inexperienced, they directly came here after doing their graduation They are very much interactive and good as well as they don't have enough experience if teaching, still they try to do their best, and are ready to help you any time, whenever needed, The standard of teaching is good here, But the bad phase is they teach according to aktu exams, not the syllabus, not the practical aspects
