Likes

Cultural activities are very good in our collage.
Canteen is very big and affordable. We always have good food.
Faculties are very good and their teaching method is very good.

Dislikes

Collage campus is small so sometimes it feels not good.
Our Classrooms doesn't have AC ,and fans also sometimes not working
placements in our civil department is not so good.

The faculty members are very good and they teach us using very good examples. I want to do college study and I found civil engineering interesting, so I searched for collage I found Silver Oak very good so I take admission there. Mid-exams and semester exams are two exams that are taken by our college.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 63000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My Annual fee is 63000 rupees, which we can pay in two semesters. I avail 35000 Mysy scholarship which is provided by the government of Gujarat. Our college doesn't provide any facilities for the scholarship for students.

Campus Life

Our college life is very good. The sports culture is also good in our college. Talking about the annual fest we have "Junoon". In that function, we have very good cultural activities like dance, drama, standup comedy, etc. In our department, we don't have any clubs.

Admission

I am currently in the civil department of Silver Oak College. I have taken admission in the college through the management quota. I secured 83.38% in the Gujarat board exam. using that result I directly visited the college for the application process. And college provided an extremely good and smooth application process.

There is no major problem in the curriculum regarding to the course. The curriculum covers almost all major real-world applications. But, the there is so much detailed and compulsive study on techniques that are not even used in today's time.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

Placements start to comence from 7th sem.It is the eligibility criteria for all students. Companies like Sopan Industries etc have visited the campus for placement purpose. Highest package was of around 4.9lpa and average is around 3.4lpa Most students who got placements were those with an average CGPA of 8.6

From 6 semester students become eligible for campus placement, too much companies are visited to our campus like , L&T , TATA, TCS many others around 150+ companies. Which is the highest placement in our college is that 20 lakhs and average package is that around 5 to 6 lakhs.

It's really very helpful for new students to choose the college.

Real reason is that there college frees are low compare to other college and easy to admission. No, i am not reject but one government clg gives to admission but I was not interested to do Civil engineering.
