Remarks

The status of college is vary good. Our college has achieved overall second rank in government college of Gujarat and included top 200 college in India. Our college has 8 branches of engineering. And 2 branches for master engineering.

Entrance Preview

I gave JEE main to get the admission in this college. Admission is totally based upon score of JEE main and 11,12 Gujarat board score. I'm currently in B.tech civil engg. . I chose this coarse because of the inclination towards the civil engg from school time.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course here is pretty good. From our batch this college applied autonomous system. Various machines, tools are provided here for practical purpose.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, internship is provided. If we make group and ask college to find a place for internship than they will arrange it. College will provide Permission letter for internships.

Placement Experience

The placement scenario is pretty good here. Here about 50% of civil students of 2015 batch. For civil major companies like L&T, Linde, GSFC, Saporji palamji,TCS etc. Average package is about 4.2 lacks per annum.

Fee Structure And Facilities

This college is grant-in-aid so fees here is low. Tuition fee is ₹1050/semester. And total fee is approx. ₹6000/year including internet facility, library etc.

Our college helps students to get scholarships like MYSY ,National portal ,etc. Help center for documents verification is available in our college.

Faculty

The faculties of civil dept. are very experienced. Most of the teaching staff has experience of more than 20 years in teaching. And most of faculties are pass out of IITs.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

I want civil engineering. For civil engineering I know that in Gujarat, there are two best government colleges which is BVM and LD. So I choose BVM.
