Course Curriculum Overview
Being an autonomous college, Xavier's has its own curriculum which best matches with the top colleges. It gets updated every 3 years. The faculty is the best in class. The are highly educated and have earned their research and published many articles. The faculty to students ratio is 30:1. The college conducts its exam on time and the course is a little difficult.
Internships Opportunities
Entrepreneur Development Cell and Commerce Society in collaboration with the placement cell runs an internship drive every year. The drive welcomes more than 20 companies to hire students with decent stipends for every year students.
Placement Experience
The college has its placement cell which provides placement to students every year with a decent package. The cell has its collaboration with more than 50 companies that come to campus for the placement drive. Mainly third-year students get eligible for sitting in the drive. The college also provides off-campus opportunities and also to pass-out students to have placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Being a private college the course fee is a little higher than average that's approx 2,40,000 for the morning batch and 4,70,000 for the evening batch. There's a hike every year in fees for both batches. Scholarships are available for needy students. For that students have to meet the vice principal of the college.
Campus Life
The campus life is best having one of the best infrastructure and library facilities. The canteen is big and the food is awesome. There are more than 10 clubs and societies in the college and they host many events and webinars throughout the year. The college host one of the biggest event that's Xavotsav which is one of its kind. Sports are conducted on a regular basis that includes XPL, Inter-college, Inter- department and many others.
Admission
The admission process is quite simple, just one has to apply for admission and wait for the cut-offs to be released. Generally, cut-offs are high, usually 94 - 98 % for B.com (Morng.) batch and 96 - 99 % for the evening batch. When the cut-offs get released you will have to upload the documents and further come for verification on the campus when called. There are reservations for SC and ST.
