- Lenient Timing - college timing is lenient as class starts at 9:20 and end at 4:20. This will help students to do activity after that . And do stuff like games or do progrmimg

- Events - Events are not held regularly like other colleges
- location - college location is abrupt as it is no where near ncr nor ghaziabad
- Pressure of class test is another important factor as it will be taking after every 4 weeks
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Computer science with a specialization in cybersecurity because I am an aspiring cybersecurity enthusiast and want to build my skills accordingly. There are about 40 + students in every class of CSE and CSE itself has about 10 sections.
Internships Opportunities
Intership exposure is good as a number of companies approach skilled students in certain fields like web development, Android development, and data science. Students have to have basic knowledge in order to avail internships.
Placement Experience
You are eligible for campus placements from 3rd year onwards. But in 3rd year, you will only be able to opt for internships from companies like Barclays and TCS. From the 4th year 1st semester, your placement activities get started.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is almost the same for every CSE student but varies according to your eligibility. If you got a high rank in SRMjee you can avail scholarship for that You have to maintain a cgpa each year. The college fee payment is also lenient.
Campus Life
The annual fest of SRM IST MODINAGAR is "Rubaroo". It is held every year in which celebrities from across the country come. A lot of events like dance, music, and treasure hunt will be held. There is a large library for books which is having high-class electronic equipment.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility provided is average, you can opt for AC as well as non-AC rooms. The fee varies according to 3-share or 2-share along with opting for AC or non-AC. Food is of different types every day, apart from 3meals snacks is also provided.
Admission
You should have a minimum of 70 % in class 10 and a minimum of 75 % in class 12 or above 85 percentile in JEE or top ranks based on counseling. I found the application from SRM's official website and then applied after seeing its reputation and exposure.
