- Some strict rules of campus like no entry after college timings.
- No class has AC's. Students has to suffer in summer due to heat.
- If any student cross the rules they charge high fines like if any student doesn't have I'd card they charge 2k rupees.
Course Curriculum Overview
At present CSE is a booming course, and software engineers get a good package compared to other branches. In SNIST faculty will be available at any time so students can clarify their doubts regarding education at any time. Every faculty holds a ph.d degree. Every teacher has fabulous communication skills. Every student will pass If he studies decently.
Internships Opportunities
Every student who doesn't have a backlog gets an internship. NIST provides the highest of 1L and average of 16k in internships. If you have good knowledge and talent in the subject you can prove it by doing a project and present in college.
Placement Experience
Our college provides good placements. In the last 7 years, our placements statistics were increased hugely. One student got 38LPA in 2022. And this year 32 LPA is the highest. SNIST provides an average package of 5.5 LPA. Infosys, Accenture, Uber India, Dell, and Value Labs are some companies that give campus placements in SNIST.
Fees and Financial Aid
To study in SNIST you have to pay a maximum of 138000 rupees without any scholarships. If you are eligible for scholarships you can reduce your fee. All scholarships can be given by the TS government. In SNIST we have an average package of 500000 rupees. So it is affordable for this average package.
Campus Life
Life on campus is very good. Students get good knowledge about the real world. Here all the clubs were held by students. Every club has its desired aim. All types of fests like technical or cultural conducted excellent. Every student has an opportunity to participate in fests. NCC club participates regularly in social activities.
Hostel Facilities
The college has a separate hostel named NIDHI hostel. It is not present in college but ran by college management. Some private hospitals were also located here. My opinion is to cho a good private hostel than a college hostel. Compare to college hostel private hospitals have low fees and give good facilities.
Admission
First of all, to join SNIST you have 2 ways. The first one is joining by TSEAMCET. You need to write the EAMCET entrance exam and need to get a decent rank. Then you have to participate in web counseling. To get a CSE seat you need to get at least below 7k rank in TSEAMCET. Another way is by management quota. Here you have to discuss it with college management.
