Course Curriculum Overview
I got into the course computer science and Design. I just got by eamcet. I'm not passionate about this course. The student-teacher ratio is 1:20. The teaching methods are quite well and the faculty are also well qualified. Some of them also did their masters. Every sem has 4 months. The exams are easy but the corrections are so tough sometimes. This time it is only about 57 pass percentage for Ist year students.
Internships Opportunities
The internships are only available for 3rd year students. Only few students get the on campus internships and off campus internships are not allowed. The college don't give the permission to go for off campus internships.
Placement Experience
St. Martin's Engineering College focuses on nurturing students' skills and knowledge to enhance their employability and prepare them for a successful career in the competitive job market. While the college does not offer formal campus placements, it places a strong emphasis on providing students with the necessary tools and guidance to secure promising opportunities after completing their course.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for every course is 1lakh. I suggest you only get through the eamcet counseling as we can get the fee reimbursement. This year the fee got hiked and the cost of study is about 1.5 per year for a nonreimbursement student.
Campus Life
The campus life is just good. I'm here only for 8 months and only a DJ night, traditional day, and freshers are conducted so far. The college has an excellent Library. The college doesn't give a special preference for sports and extracurricular activities. We can see only a few clubs here.
Admission
We can get into this college through ts eamcet exam. But it is a long process. It also has entry through management quota and B category. Every detail of the exam and the application are mentioned on the tc eamcet website. If we score below 10k we get a full fee waiver and if above 10k we get our fee reimbursement of 35k as per our caste reservations.
