- I like that my college has uniform. Our college provides 2 tshirts,2 shirts, sweater and a hoodie every year. It maintains uniformity among students.
- My college conducts a lot of fests, cultural fests and sports events.
- Our college has wide range of labs with well equipped computers and machineries
Dislikes
- Our college has only one major canteen only. So there is less varieties and the taste is not too good.
- Our college doesn't have proper network coverage. In college premises we have very poor signals of any sim operator except Bsnl.
- Our college doesn't have indoor stadium for badminton and doesn't have hostel in college
Course Curriculum Overview
I am fond of electronics since my childhood and I have been influencing from my cousins. So I choose this stream as it is my passion. As ECE has multiple career opportunities to choose government jobs or private jobs. According to me, the college-student ratio is approximately 1:(15-17). The quality of the faculty is very well. Every faculty member has done their Ph.D. graduation from well reputed colleges. Each semester has a duration of 5-6 months. The exams are of the level moderate to pass.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost to study per year for a general student is 130000. If you have ews you get a concession of 35000 If your rank is below 10k u get a free seat. The previous year the fee was around 1 lakh. Now it is hiked up by 30k.
Campus Life
Our college has a lot of fests. Every year there are rigolade and adastra named fests conducted in college. In rigolade fest all students can showcase their technical and cultural talents. The adastra fest is of 3 days which enlightens students with different ideas. There are two libraries in our college. It has every book which is related to academics. We get daily newspapers in the library. There is a sports club in our college. The most played games are kabaddi, cricket, throwball, basketball, and volleyball.
Admission
I got into Sreenidhi college through TS eamcet entrance exam. My rank was around 17500. With a rank of 17500, I got electronics and communications engineering(ECE) stream. I got the benefits of Ews reservation. So, I got the concession of 35000. The eligibility of the course is to pass 10+2 should have 45% in intermediate and should pass in Tseamcet exam.
