An Underrated College for B.Tech ---> IAR,Gandhinagar

The faculty is very good and supportive. I feel that IAR is a very underrated college. There are many colleges that claim that they provide good placement and other opportunities for students, but once you get admission in that particular college there is nothing like they said on admissions time. In my class, 60 students are there. Teaching is very good in my college. Every faculty have Ph.D. in their subjects.Non-PHD faculties are not eligible to be professors in my college. The minimum criteria to be a professor in IAR is that you have a Ph.D. holder in your subject. Generally, all professors teach on a projector but in some cases, they teach on marker board also. If you study well during your semester you pass exams easily. On the other end all semester you just had fun and don't touch your book you find your exam very difficult. The conclusion is that exam is not hard or easy it depends on the student's preparation.

Actually, I'm a first-year student so that's why I don't have enough knowledge about Internships. But all I know from my seniors is that in 4th year you have to do some projects and yes there are companies that visit colleges for internships. If you have good knowledge and a resume fou sure you get an internship.

My college's fees are very low than other universities. When the Gujarat government increases the fees then only my college fees will increase. Because IAR is NON-PROFITABLE Institute. My college provides scholarships for sc/st and scholars students. There are some scholarships for reserved categories. iar has a good placement record in terms of salary. In 2022 highest package offered is 18 lakhs and the average package is 6-7 lakhs. In 4th year you have to do projects.

Yes, there are fests in my college. But currently, I'm fresher so I don't know very well about fests. Generally, I like to spend my breaks in the library. You find almost all study-related books and journals in the library. All the books professors referred for subjects you find that books very easily in the college library. The classrooms are very good. You never get yourself bored. All classrooms have ac and fans, proper lighting, projectors,pc and a separate table for faculty, white marker boards, and very comfortable Kushan chairs. One of the best things is that in the back of the class, there is no wall but big glass windows, you see the Sabarmati river from that window. The washrooms are very clean.

you have to pass class 12th board for acpc. All these things you will find on acpc website. If you are from sc/st or any other reservation you get more benefits than other students. No,I'm happy with admission process.
