The college is good, all the branches in our college have got a good faculties and they are dedicated in accomplishing their mission and help the students in achieving their goal, its good to be in this college with a good campus and good canteen facilities also.
Entrance Preview
I wrote the kcet entrance exam this entrance exam is valid for all the students in the Karnataka to get the seats for engineering courses in Karnataka. I got an ranking around 15k and my ranking was good for the cs branch, No there was no interview process for the admission, I did PCMC(computer science) in my pre-university education so i wanted to continue in the same field so took up this course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was very good it included C++. #C, Java, Web development software, html codes. It was good learning these programming languages, Yes we had lots of focus on practical learning on various programming languages, Yes our department has undertaken lots of research initiatives taken up by the department lots of faculties involve themselves in such activities since it helps them in their P.hD work.
Internships Opportunities
No, the college doesn’t provide any internships for the students, students have to register themselves in various websites online and search for the internships we have lots of internships for our branch, I did not take up any internship till now so i don’t have any experience, i don't about the stipend amount.
Placement Experience
Well placements for CS is the best in most of the colleges in India, the same thing holds good for my college too, the placement cell is very active in my college and almost 70-80% of the students of CS branch get placed in my college, the average package is around 4-6 lakhs per annum. The companies like tech Mahindra, biocon, HGS, emids etc;
College Events
There are lots of events happening in our college, lots of workshops, technical talks from the renowned speakers, They were conducted in a grand manner, The college supports for all such activities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees paid was around 30k for one year that is two semesters, this is the tuition fees and apart from that we had to pay the fees of 10-15k as the college fees like internet fees, WiFi and extra things will be added in this fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there are lots of scholarship provided by the college and the various government scholarships are provided for the students coming from the poor background.
Campus Life
Our college is very good in terms of extra curricular, Yes there are various events where the students can exhibit their talents and college management also supports such students by sending them to events which happen outside the college too.
Hostel Facilities
No, i don’t stay in hostel so i don’t have much idea regarding the hostels in my college.
Alumni/Alumna
We have a alumni network in our college but it is not much active, neither we got any opportunities to be among our passed out seniors.
Exam Structure
The exams were pretty much chilled culture in our college. We have three internals out of which we can write all the three internals or write any two internals because the best marks between the two internals will be selected. Speaking about labs we have only one internal and one external at the end of the semester.
Faculty
The faculties are pretty much good in their own way, most of them have M.tech and some have P.hD, They have good experience in the field of teaching, Our faculties are interactive and they are friendly with the students, they teach the students well. The standard of Teaching is also very good.
