Everything About MSIT

I chose computer science because coding is something that I am doing since 10th grade and all these software and development things have fascinated me, that's why I chose to go with this course. In college, according to the curriculum, you will learn only the basics of coding but to master it you have to put your efforts externally. Since I am not good at maths and physics so the mid-term and end-term exams are difficult for me. In our college, some faculties are good.

If you gain proper knowledge and experience during your 1st and 2nd years, then it will help you a lot during your internship in 3rd year. I would say to all the freshers to start studying for internships and placements. You're 1st year because the competition ahead is too much. Make projects and research papers, participate in events and hackathons, connect with people who work in offices ask them what and how to prepare for placements.

Yes, companies do come to our college for placements, our college has the highest number of packages all over Delhi at 1.3cr, and the average package is around 7 to 8 lpa. All types of companies come s for placement like Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Goldman Sachs, and many more, and give good packages to students. Almost every student gets placed during placements.

Our yearly fees are around 160000 and I think almost all the colleges have the same fee structure as us. Since I am from an army background I have some benefits of getting money from the government, I have to bring cgpa above 8 every semester then the government gives money around 33000, which helps a lot in submitting the fees.

Two main fests occur during January and February by MSI and MSIT societies. The library is not so good, but yes you can find almost all types of books and assistance there. There is only one library present in College which is for both MSI and MSIT students. I am not that much into sports and do not have much knowledge about them but yes I have seen some children going to football and basketball practice and our ground is also big where playing all types of games is easy. You can find so many social groups on Instagram like msit_memes, mist-confession, and GeekRoom.

My first day of college was on 7 Nov 2022, I got a 99591 rank in JEE, and I got computer science field due to the defense category, to get admission in this college you have to give JEE or IPUCET, you can find the IPU application form on their official site on notice section.
