Entry to the unexpected world

See you can take admission if you want a decent placement in it industry,otherwise don't expect big from this college,i would say don't expect anything good from this college,the faculties are not up to the mark.

Comedk, I attended comedk counseling which was held in Bangalore,no interview process was there,i choose mechanical engineering because I was interested in it,and I wanted to work in my home town which has a lot of scope for mechanical engineers.

I choose mechanical engineering and it was the worst decision which I have taken till now in my life.no practical learning,no research initiative.

No internship provided by the college,we don't even get enough holidays to go for our own internships.i guess most of the students doing internship are not paid,they somehow register themselves somewhere and do internship.

The placement is fine for the guys in computer science and information science and ece guys talking about the core branches placement they are almost negligible.The students of core branches are placed in it industry,very few core companies visit.The major companies from it field was Amazon,tcs,wipro.average package is 4 lakhs.

All type of fests are organised for the sake of name,no audiences,no big stars everything is dull even my school house function was a bigger event than this.

164000 when I took admission in 2015.Now they have increased to 190000.I don't think it's worth that amount of money,because of the infrastructure and education is not up to the mark.

I don't have enough idea about this ,but guys scoring more than 8 cgpa get some cash rewards of 500-1000.

Yes sports activities are good here,ample opportunities for playing and representing the college,but lecturers don't promote you do this. For sports it is good, 2 big cricket grounds are there and almost every sports is played.

I spent first year in the hostel,as a north Indian I don't find food good enough, no single rooms are available,hostel room is fine if u can tolerate the food. I paid 56000 for veg in 2015,now they have increased it to 70000.

Exams and internals are fine,and talking about labs our equipment in the lab force us to doubt that are we still living in 2017.

Few of the teachers are qualified,otherwise others are empty.the standard of teaching is very low,their main focus is on scoring marks in the university semester exams,they don't go for knowledge because they don't have
