Course Curriculum Overview
I am interested in electronics and I heard from my seniors that IARE has some of the best teaching faculty with great experience in teaching. The faculty are well educated and many professors are holding Ph. D.s and have more than 10 years of experience in teaching, the exams were moderate but the faculty make sure that we understand all the concepts in the curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
There are internship opportunities in Amazon, EPAM, Sears, etc, for almost all the branches who have opted for placements. The internships started at the end of the 6th semester. Regarding the projects we have to do two minor projects and a major project which are compulsory and if the student is interested in more projects they can do it as well.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester, the students are eligible for the placements. There are multiple companies that visited the college few famous names like Amazon, Virtusa, Accenture, LTI, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, and many more. The highest package is around 18LPA and the average package was around 4.5LPA. Almost 80% of the students got placed through campus placements, I am planning to work in the IT industry which I got offered with placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very simple, when I joined the college the yearly fee was Rs.90000k and at present the current fee is around Rs.100000 per year. I got a placement when I was in my 6th semester in DXC Technology. IARE also provides funds for students with a great idea and also help them in research.
Campus Life
There are multiple fest conducted by my college such as CONSORTIUM, SPANDANA, SAMSKRUTHI, and many more. My college has more than 50000 volumes of books with around 8000 titles. The classrooms are fully digital and use the technology to teach. We have multiple clubs in Community Service Clubs, Techincal Clubs, Sports Clubs, and Cultural Clubs.
Admission
For admission at IARE, you have to write the entrance test, which TSCHE conducts, the test is known as TSEAMCET. When I wrote the exam in 2019 the cutoff for Electronics and Communication(ECE) was 16910 for the general category. The joining is pretty simple, they gave a specific date to visit the college with original documents for college verification.
