Campus Life is the best at ravenshaw you get to make many friends if your vibe matches well, you can study and enjoy at the same time the teachers are pretty cool and they help you out during difficult times.

Course Curriculum Overview

I always had a thing for English literature, although I wanted to do int.Bed in english literature, I couldn't clear the cutoff so I decided to do a general course. There are 4 permanent faculties and 4 guest faculties for 120 students. The permanent faculties teach in an average manner but the guest faculties are good at teaching. There are 2 semesters per year with difficulty level at hard.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 1750 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

This is a general course so there is only yearly fee of Rs 1750. However no campus placements or stipends are provided.Students go for further studies, and after passing MA in english they opt for teaching or civil services.

Campus Life

Ravenshaw University is the largest university of Odisha. Campus Life is all fun and jolly, events are being held most of the time , there are different societies like the dance society, drama society, film society all of these societies commute together to create PRIDES of ravenshaw.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are alloted to the students according to the distance and marks, further there are 6 hostels for girls and 7 hostels for boys.They take a yearly amount of 8850 excluding mess charges at the time of admission.

We can find the admission info on Sams odisha portal.And we can go for further process if we have cleared the cutoff marks released by sams, the admission is done at the department of the university itself.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love economics in 12th class so I choose this course. I love the calculation of statics and more intrested in business so I attracted toward economics. It was my first choice to choose economics. In 11th class our economic teacher was very good teacher his teaching inspire me lot to choose this course . It was difficult in the 3rd sem but that's the kick giving to you to solve hard questions.

Ravenshaw univerrsity history is more historic then other colleges and institutes. If you are lucky then you will get the admission into this. Other private and othr colleges you can get admitted by scoring avergae mark or with good amount of money but to get into Ravenshaw only your very good marks and luck is needed for it.
