Course Curriculum Overview
In the university, the course curriculum is according to UGC guidelines. You can get to learn electives of different branches as per students' choices. We can apply for internships in different companies by ourselves and some companies come to college for internships and by the end of education those who seek placement can have at least one offer.
Internships Opportunities
you can get internships in many good companies and get a stipend too. companies like Samsung, google, jp morgan, goldman sachs, Tata Motors, reliance, etc. many companies came for internships We can do projects too under the guidance of faculties.
Placement Experience
From the 6th sem students are eligible for placements some may get ppo from internships. Nirma has a very good placement opportunity and you can get placements in nice companies. The highest package is 88lpa and the average for CSE is 10.70 lpa and for mechanical, it is 6lpa. In Nirma, those who registered for the placement process can get 90-98 % of placements. I got placed in LTTS.
Fees and Financial Aid
For the course of 1 year, the fee is 181000 and the exam fee is 7000. We can get an MYSY scholarship by applying online and also get the scholarship from college according to CGPA though you can avail of only one scholarship.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is wonderful. The college has a great social life. We got to arrange the annual fests and tech fests. The library has many books to read, a great facility. The college arranges many sports events too like inter-university events chess tournaments, and badminton tournaments. We have many clubs like ISTE, rcni, augan, mesa, eesa, chesa, CSI, codeadda, etc.
Hostel Facilities
In the hostel, there are 2 sharing, 4 sharing, 6 and 8 sharing toom available with AC and without AC facility. Meal quality is good and updated the menu regularly. You can apply for a hostel from the student's section in the university and its price range is between 70000 - 200000. For pg you can live nearby nirma university in flat and pg in godrej garden city.
Admission
Admission through ACPC Process and can get through JEE Mains too. You can find the application form on the acpc website and Nirma University's technology website. My ACPC rank was around 4000-4050. Due to low income got MYSY.
