For the Year 2021 - 22 - Highest Salary Offered is - 52.63 lakhs. At NMAMIT a concept called the “Summer Research Internship Program” has been initiated. The process involves inviting faculty members to come out with project ideas for the students to work with. Later on, students are invited to select the project ideas and enrol for the program. After the completion of the semester-end exam in the summer, students start working on the chosen topic and work for two months. The expected deliverables are the completion of the project and the preparation of a research paper. The exercise culminates in a program organized to felicitate both students and faculty members.

Placements for the 2021-22 batch is still going on with 998 selections and 68 internships by 84 companies from July 2021. Placements continue till students graduate in July 2022. Students not successful in placements are assisted for a year after graduation, through ‘off campus’ initiatives/ referrals and pool drives. NMAMIT has an impressive placement record of over 120 well-known companies assisting in placements, annually.A student with 8.25 CGPA, selected by a large recruiter is permitted to apply for a ‘Dream’/ ‘Core’ company and once selected by a core company, he foregoes the previous offer and remains with the Dream company.

The fee structure for Computer related courses is on the higher verge compared to other core branches. It's 2,65,000 INR per year for Computer science engineering and Information science engineering. The placements are next level for Computer science engineering students and Information science engineering.

Incridea, a four-day National-Level extravaganza will play host to over 60 events, spanning the technical, non-technical, and cultural spheres. Every classroom is well equipped with good lighting facilities, Projectors, Smartboards, etc. The institute has good sports facilities that includes a Football ground, Cricket pitch, Gymnasium, Basketball pitch, etc

Admission to NMAM Institute of Technology is through the NUCAT Entrance exam only. The NUCAT Entrance Test is available in both Online and Offline mode. The entrance test comprises of 120 questions. 40 questions each in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The application form can be submitted on the website nucat.nitte.edu.in. There are no reservations assured like state and National competitive exams such as IIT-JEE, kcet etc. The Branch allotted is purely based on Merit
