Course Curriculum Overview
Microbiology offers a wide range of job opportunities. You can apply in the food industries, pharmaceutical industries, cosmetic industries, etc. But I would really suggest you go for a master's before applying for any job. Teachers here are well educated but a little lenient, so you have to go personally if you have any doubts regarding your subject.
Internships Opportunities
The campus offers many internship opportunities. Like in my course we were offered to do an internship in plant biology for a month this time. Other options like learning about a particular instrument such as chromatography, autoclave, laminar airflow, etc.
Placement Experience
The campus offers placements only to students who have scored excellent in their exams throughout the course. But compared to other private colleges Sharda's placements are better. The campus also offers the students to teach other students, especially Ph.D. scholars.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is a little high here comparing other private colleges. But they also offer here many facilities like a number of libraries in every block, well-equipped labs(but they also run short on reagents), etc. You can get a scholarship according to your marks in class 12th and also by scoring high marks in their entrance exam.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is one of the best I would say, they have high-rise buildings, a number of badminton courts, basketball courts, arcades, a gym, cultural rooms, dance rooms, music rooms, etc. The campus is very safe for students they have guards at every gate, they check everyone's ID's before letting them in.
Admission
You have to go to their official site and from there you can get their official number. Contact them and they will lead you to the admission process. First, you will have to qualify for their entrance test (SUET) and the minimum mark to get into the college is 33%. The infrastructure is too good, they have a main library as well as they have small libraries in every block, and teachers are well-educated (mostly Ph.D.). The application form will be available on their official website.
