My experience at ITM

I had choosen this course because I find myself handling human resources and learning more about this. The faculty is too good, they provide you with theoretical and practical knowledge both. In class, more practical knowledge is shared and even for more clarification, the activities are too arranged in the classroom. The pattern of the exam is such that firstly class test is taken so that students can prepare for 2-3 chapters so that for the main exam they won't get much burden of the syllabus, If you are well prepared then it is easy to pass the exam because all the doubts related to topics are clarified in the class with proper practical examples. Even case studies are too provided related to the topic which clears the doubts in a better manner.

From the 4th semester, students get eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit the campus around 50 or more. Almost students are placed with good packages. The highest package is 21 lacs and the average package is 6-7 lacs.

The structure of fees is such that you can pay the fees fully or yearly basis even it also provides a facility for student loans which makes things easier for the students. The scholarship pattern of ITM is such that you have to give the first exam for opting the scholarship which includes questions related to Quants, verbal ability, and DILR and after clearing the exam you will get the scholarship based on your score of 15%, 25, 50%, and even 100% too. The stipend provided at the campus is between 10000-12000 depending upon your performance.

The annual fest is organized and all the students Participate even ITM college to introduce the event in the starting to that newcomers who are from different places can coordinate with each other and get time to know each other through such activities. Different types of clubs are there in which students can participate and can improve their resumes. Clubs like sports clubs, social clubs, social media clubs, etc. are there. In the classroom AC facility, projector facility, etc. are provided.

In the hostel, we had a good playing area for Indore and Outdoor games and in rooms of the hostel, per room consists of 2 students. Rooms include a bed with mattress, ceiling fan, cupboard, and common study area for students. The registration is done at the hostel only at the hostel administration office.

To apply for PGDM you have to give an entrance exam like CAT, NMAT, etc. and you can get the application form from the college website or you can too take the help of PAN India and all the information related to college fees, eligibility criteria etc information can be provided to you.

Yes, I had given the Personal interview. In that, I have been asked questions related to my Field as I m a student of BBA(HR) so my questions were related to my field like moonlighting, Quit quieting, etc.
