Course Curriculum Overview
I chose B.Tech CS because I always had a curiosity about the ever-evolving tech and how the stuff related to it was actually made. The faculty here are good as they are well qualified with years of teaching experience. The exams on the other hand totally depend on how well you grasp the concepts, the better you grasp the better you score.
Placement Experience
The placements in my college are quite decent as companies and startups from all over India come here to hire students, the average package that a student gets ranges from 6 to 14 lakhs per annum and the highest package was 55 lakhs per annum this year which was off campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is 1 lakhs and 82 thousand a year. They have hiked the fees as a number of students take admission every year. Internship opportunities are also provided at my university, in second-year internship opportunities are provided by jovac
Campus Life
GLA is not known for a lot of annual fests but yeah few events do take place, the one we had recently was the Brij cultural fest and a lot of events are conducted by the student clubs and chapters in the university.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are okayish for people paying for blocks hostel wheres the facilities in the wings hostel for boys is really nice but the mess food in both the hostels are nice in my opinion. In all you won't have a bad experience.
Admission
The admission process was quite simple. I gave an online test which was GLAET and later on, I got a call from the college that I have been selected and can get the final admission. I had to give a certain amount to finalise my admission.
