Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of my interest In computer science and programming. Faculty is very supportive they help students in developing various skills like communication and how to improve their coding skills. Every faculty has done Ph.D. in their respective fields. Term exams are after every 2 or 3 months(mid-term and end-term). And passing an examination is tough as exams are tough.
Internships Opportunities
There are not many internship opportunities provided by college students who have to find these opportunities themselves, students. But some opportunities are provided if the student is very good at studies for CS department internships like Full stack developer, Software Engineer, and many more.
Placement Experience
From 5 Semesters students are eligible to sit in placement rounds. On campus placement is good companies like Wipro, cognizant, and TCS Accenture are the main recruiter. Students must have a minimum of 7.5 cpi or cgpa to sit in those placement rounds.
Fees and Financial Aid
Universities provide various scholarships if a candidate has scored above 80% in their PCM they get about 25% scholarship. University also provides financial help and fees get increased by 3000 or 4000 every year.
Campus Life
Campus Life is good there are many canteens and subways inside the campus. There are many clubs for cultural and sports and personality development and many more like literario(cultural), codepy(for coding), etc. The annual fest is also good annual fest lasts for 2 to 3 days depending on how many events will be held. Sports facilities are also very good. There are playground and coaches for many sports that helps students in developing their sports skills.
Admission
Eligibility for B.tech Cs is candidates must have chosen PCM with or without computer science in their intermediate. Anyone can find the application form on the GLA University website, every candidate has to give an exam called GLAET to get admission into the university.
