My golden days

I choose BA English because I would like to become a subject teacher. For every department, there are minimum 7-8 teachers. Around 60 students were there in each class for the degree and 20 students for post-graduation. Teacher having 50./. for post graduation from the reputed college can apply for a teaching post. In each semester there is 2 terminal exam and one-semester exam. Term exams will be conducted within 6 month difference. If the student studied well and follows a study pattern he/ she can pass it easily.

Campus interviews will be conducted in the last semester. From the reputed companies especially from Bangalore side. Each company takes min 4-5 from a department. 50./. May get placements. I went for the post-graduation.

Each department has different fees. You can apply for scholarships. if you belong to Christianity. There is job opportunity for all those who studied in this college, especially in the area of journalism, MCA, and Psychology. The college name Donbosco will give the first preference to the candidate who is applying for the job. Campus interviews will be conducted every year at the end of the last semester.

Every department has its own fest. It will be conducted twice a year. There is a huge library on the campus. Almost 30 journals and 5-6 newspapers were available there. Amenities like the stage are given to the teacher which is close to the blackboard. It is easy for the presentation. Fans, lights, windows, etc were available in the classroom. Always given preferences for the extracurricular activities of the students. Always gives opportunities to present and participate in another college fest. Got NSS award in the year 2019-2020, and 2017-2018, Built 4 houses for the selected persons on behalf of NSS.

It's a hostel come house. Availability is like that of a house. Only 13 students were there. You can mention the need for a hostel during the admission process. There is an application for the hostel facility 2 main hostels for girls and 1 for boys and some rented houses were available in that locality. Non. Veg items were available thrice a week. The food was good.

You should pass the board of higher secondary examination with more than 45./.. Admission will be based on the merit list. You can receive the application from the college itself. You can visit the college site from the google and the details were given in the site. It's a management college. So there is management quotas. It's a friendly college ,there is a help desk near to the principles office.
