My college gave me opportunity to make my dreams come true.

The college is good enough to learn a lot of things and also many cultural pragrams will take place every year for making the students to improve the skills. Extra curricular activities are concentrated mainly in our college and also sport events are also encouraged. Many talented players are their in our college. The placement opportunities have to be a little bit increased.

This is a normal college as many other engineering colleges in andhra pradesh. I came into the college through the eamcet counselling and in the web options i selected this college. The cut off marks for this college is 50,000 rank in eamcet exam. Eamcet is the only entrance exam conducted by the government for getting admission into the college. I selected this college because it is one of the reputed college in andhra and the course i chose is cse because most of the girls prefer computer science as their option.

The course i chose is computer science and this is a very good course. The entire course curriculum is according to JNTU kakinada norms but the only problem is that it is not upadated with recent technologies but most of the companies demand the students for getting prepared with most advanced developments which became a problem. The theoretical classes will be good but practical learning have to be enhanced so that students can get into touch with new initiatives. Inside the college some research programs are also conducted by the research cell of our college.

The college provides internship facilities in the nearby companies sathyam, genpact, polarisis etc., . The other department students also get internships in different reputed companies. The company we chose will be in our hands. Some companies conduct a small interview process and give the students chance for internship. We are planning to do an internship in the upcoming holidays. One internship is compulsary for us in the four years. The stipend will be around 2000-5000/- per month.

The placements in our college is average. Here during placement the management students are given the first preference and the next preference goes to meritorial students. The real practical knowledge is not much encouraged by the management. Even placement training sessions are also conducted by the college to improve the skills among the students. The major companies visited are wipro, tcs, hcl, techno solutions, millinium solutions etc, and the average package is 2.5-3 lakh per annum.

The fees structure is affordable for almost all the families because it is not a huge amount. The fees is just 35,000/- per year. For students getting below 10,000 rank in eamcet the fees is only 15,000/- per annum. During semester exams even the students getting top percentage in semesters are also given scholarships.

The teaching faculty of our college is experienced and also only people having good knowledge are selected as the teaching staff. The lab faculty are also knowledgable but are not much experienced. The senior faculty members have their previous experiences in teaching staff of IIT's. They have a minimum experience of 3-5 years. Some of them are very strict and not even sometimes understand the student problems. They are also very interactive with the students.
